Physical Description: Sol is a muscular but lean individual. Born on Coruscant, his mother's family is native to Bakura and that is where his demeanor suggests. His grey eyes are hard to read, as they can at time sparkle with a soft glow, or burn with emotion.
Professional History: Sol has a rather odd professional history. Schooled in the Royal Academy of Bakura, he was trained to handle himself with a sword and a blaster, along with his fists. Sol is professionally trained to be a bodyguard to royalty. However, due to circumstances which include a wish to follow his own path, Sol is now a singer. Starting in night clubs he has slowly risen in venues until his voice is fairly well known. At the moment, he is pursuing his career.
Background:
Sol was born on Coruscant to the sister of the Duke of Salis D'aar, Astin Terrian, and a Republic General from Naboo, Robert Shrike. Robert was killed just before the end of the Clone Wars in a battle on the Outer Rim. At that time, Lilith took Sol to stay with her family on Bakura before dying of an illness contracted on Coruscant. Desperately looking for someone to take his mind of his mother's death, the young Sol found a fast friend in his cousin Kyros and the two spent much of their childhood training in both the physical and mental sense at the young Baron's training centers.
Sol and Kyros complimented each other. Both were hard workers, but Sol preferred physical activities to Kyros' book studies. He also noticed that while he could leap into any social situation and excel, Kyros was more reserved and contemplated how things worked. Regardless of their differences, both cousins respect each other and prided each other on the other's success. Because of that fact, Sol was tremendously excited when Kyros was betrothed to Linette Bastien.
Times were very good for the cousins as they graduated from the Royal Academy with Kyros receiving top marks in statecraft, and Sol being recognized for athletic and mechanical skills. While Kyros was in the spotlight, being the Baron, Sol was already getting athletic requests for his skills as a fencer and blaster shot, as well as military academy and transport applications for piloting. To the dismay of his family, Sol drifted into the nightclub scene as a singer.
One night, after a number, Sol felt a strong pull to return home and did so quickly. He arrived to a crime scene as his aunt, and the only other member of his family aside from Kryos, had been murdered. Sol had lost his mother and the other woman who had been like a mother and was forced to deal with his grief alone. He disappeared for months before returning to the family estates for the last time to celebrate his cousin's wedding.
Sol then left Bakura, traveling to various planets with a troupe of musicians and performers. He slowly gained fame in the nightclubs and was then given the honor of performing on the planet of his birth at one of the hottest spots in the galaxy with his hit 'Beyond the Stars'. After the performance, tired but still ecstatic over the quickly gained fame, Sol retired to his hotel room to find a personal note inviting him to the Imperial Palace for a private audience with the Emperor himself. For reasons he would understand later, something kept Sol from that meeting and pushed him to leave the planet quickly.
The singer returned to Bakura when he discovered his cousin's wife had been kidnapped and murdered. Sol knew he could go places his cousin could not and proceeded to try and find the people responsible. He only came up with one lead, a man who would only brag about how they had kidnapped the Baron's wife and how the Baron's mother was too proud and they had all gotten what they deserved. Upon hearing that, Sol felt rage build up in him and somehow he was able to hurl the man into the far back wall from his position in the door way. Not stopping to think, Sol reached out his hand and felt the man's neck slowly give way. His fingers sparked with electricity as he felt and heard the man's neck snap.
It was then that Sol realized he could use the Force, and that fact scared him. Not to mention that he knew the reason for that Imperial audience was so he could be taken care of. Thought of the mysterious circumstances of his parent's deaths floated through his head, but Sol quickly pushed them back. His goal was to keep moving, and hopefully not alert the Empire to his nature.
Sol then, quickly and almost seamlessly, faded back into his career as a nightclub singer and the various events continue to carry him across the galaxy.
Personality: Sol is a quick talking, suave, and confident man. He is almost the exact opposite of his cousin Kryos in that instead of valuing order, he prefers being free and without the constraints of a government.
Vehicle of Choice:
Form of Dress: Sol dresses well, but not like royalty. He is usually seen wearing a button down shirt, slacks, and a sports coat.
Superhuman Powers or Augmentations to Body: He is Force Sensitive, but without any training. Given to his emotions, most of his actions follow the 'quick and easy path'.
