Physical Appearance:
Skye is a stunning tall woman with long wavy brunette hair that tangles easily, especially considering she allows it 'go where it wants to'. Sometimes, she goes to the effort of straightening it though. She has deep brown eyes and her skin is golden brown from spending a lot of time out in the sun. She always has a happy-go-lucky grin or smile on her face.

Skye also has a number of piercing that won't close up - her ears and in other intimate places. She likes wearing jewelry.

Skye spends a lot of time exercising and she can eat whatever she wants without putting weight on. She is quite skinny and lanky.

She did very well in modeling as she doesn't mind showing her body off and loves being naked, since she feels free without clothes. This includes when she sleeps. She didn't mind when she had to get her breasts enhanced for her job, and enjoys the reactions she gets from men. She can be incredibly seductive when she wants to.

Skye has incredible flexibility and agility due to an extensive daily workout regime that she sticks to no matter what. She is double-jointed & able to contort her body into all sorts of position, which comes in handy when she is bound & needs to escape or has to slip through. Professional History:
Skye started out as a model straight out of school, heading to the 'big city'. Her looks and lack of issues with showing herself meant she did well. As she got more into it, she took an interest in photography and what was being printed. She eventually moved into photography, then took time off to study journalism. She was hired by the Commerce City Gazette, and has moved up to become one of their best investigative reporters.

Background:
Skyerunner was born in a small rural area well away from the closest city, Arkaria, to a farmer, Elden Rhysode, who is currently 52. As per Thranan customs, culture and genetics, Skye,  as she prefers to be called,  was born into a quite extended family, having one birth mother and three shared mothers. Skyerunner is the youngest child. Her brothers were very protective of their youngest sister, who loves all her siblings but abused her position as youngest sister quite a lot. That isn't to say that her brothers don't care for all their other sisters, but Skye is always treated differently.

Her birth mother, Arani Rhysode, was Elden's first wife, and has seniority over all others due to position & age of 50. Arani is a teacher by profession, and has given one male, Sol who is the oldest at 34, and three female children, Shara at 32, Jaelasha at 28 and Skye.

Her shared mothers in order of standing are Shandrlla at age 48, Marrassa at age 47 and Karasi at 44.

Her siblings from Shandrilla are her other brother, Durian at age 30, and her sisters, Kalals at 32, Harrani at 30 & twin to Durian, and Lisoma at 28.

Her siblings from Marrassa are her sisters, Leica at 31 and Rasevi at 29.

Her sibling from Karasi  is her sister, Niassa at 28.

While they aren't super rich by any means, none of them ever wanted for anything, and always have a place to come back to. She grew up having a wonderful childhood. When she was 6, Skye was given a kaadu as a pet. She became quite good at riding.

As a child, she was always precocious and tend to run around the farm without a stitch on, despite her parent's and brother's attempts to stop it (her sisters didn't mind at all). However, she always knew that she wanted to leave as soon as she could.

As oldest male, Sol is destined to take over the farm, which has grown very large & is quite profitable. Durian never seemed bothered by what was well known to be his brother's destiny, and was more glad he wouldn't be stuck with it.

When Skye was eight, her oldest brother, Sol, began taking over more of the work that their father had done from his 14th birthday. He learnt well, and things grew more into a partnership as he became eighteen. It didn't really affect Skye much, except that things picked up a bit financially for Sol was very good with business.

One of the successful projects was to introduce farmed dewbacks and bantha from Tatooine into Tel'Thranan. The creatures do quite well, and provide meat & hide. Along with that, the farm has fields of native grains & runs a herd of previously-introduced kaadu.

But from the age of fourteen, Skye watched as her older brothers, starting with Durian, began moving out into the world. Durian signed up in the Dakkan Guard. Her sisters moved into various jobs and professions, ranging from nursing to teaching to piloting.

During her high school years from age 16, Skye and a female friend, Delaine, started an very intimate experimental relationship together. They had been practically inseparable during childhood but decided to each go their own way after high school.

On her eighteen birthday, she said goodbye to her parents and left with a one way ticket to the biggest city on Tel'Thranan, Commerce City.

Moving to the big city was scary, but something she knew she could handle. She found a small but decent little apartment and worked as a waitress for awhile. Eventually, she managed to get a job doing some modeling work. Once she got a few under her belt, she was noticed and her modeling career quickly picked up. Her sisters & brothers kept in touch with her as much as they can, and she sends messages back to the farm.

She found herself being rushed around to different planets on shoots. As a model, she didn't mind showing herself clothed or nude, so she had a very varied amount of work.

Since she was getting paid quite well, she paid to learn how to pilot a ship and compute hyperspace paths, just in case. Once or two incidents showed her that it had been a good decision.

After awhile, she developed an interest in the other side of the camera, and managed to convince some of her modeling company's execs to let her try. She showed a keen eye and began doing quite well with a split of modeling herself and doing holo-vid photo sessions.

Skye also found that she was interested in writing for magazines, and began submitting small articles with her photography work. When the first was picked up, she was very pleased, and began doing it more.

After a year, she approached a Thranan newspaper with planetary coverage, the Commerce City Gazette, about doing some more permanent work, and they signed her up as a junior reporter. This was her big break, and she didn't let it get away. Some pretty well-written and thought-provoking articles helped her move up and she was assigned into the investigate department.

Under the tutelage of some others, Skye has become one of the best at the Gazette, and well known. She still does a little bit of modeling sometimes, and still does photography. She has also moved into a much better apartment now.

Personality:
Skye is very out-spoken and definitely not a wall-flower. She doesn't let others push her around and can be quite stubborn - something her editors wish wasn't so bad. She has a hyperactive, optimistic, energetic and extroverted personality at most times. Skye is a quite strong-willed woman, and doesn't like to budge on what she feels are important issues.

She is very stylish and cosmopolitan. She enjoys hunting down leads and rumors, but doesn't always think before she acts. She has an incorrigible sense of humor.

Skye is very bisexual, enjoys the company of others and can regularly be found in the arms of a man or woman. She has a very open attitude and is willing to try anything in the bedroom. She has very little inhibitions.

Skye has no qualms at all about using her body to get what she wants.

She shows a strong love of all manner of explosions, ranging from simple miniscule ones that hardly do any damage up to full destruction of much bigger things.

As a reporter, Skye has gotten the reputation of 'charging in where angels fear to tread'. Numerous times, she only managed to get out without being hurt by sheer luck or using her feminine charms.

Her typical reaction to something not going right, arguments or machines, is with her fists. This was demonstrated during a newspaper conference that broke new grounds in the area of brawling.

She believes more in the ideals behind laws then the exact letter of the law. So far, this has not caused her any problems but she knows it is only a matter of time.

Vehicle of Choice:
Skye owns an airspeeder from Thranan Speeders, the Exellion-class, that she has had done up to custom specs. This vehicle can hold 4 people inside and it can reach speeds of 1200 km per hour & a maximum altitude of 10 kilometers. It measures 5.2m in length by 3m height by 3m wide, and from above, it looks like a triangle with thruster pods. The engines have been enhanced and it has an excellent maneuvering system. It provides full cover to occupants, and has a small shield unit.

The cargo capacity is 75 kilograms, of which 25 kilograms is concealed in hidden compartments that will just show up as part of the systems on sensors. It has a few communication transceivers tied to pick up the local law enforcement & Dakkan Guard channels, along with Imp Military.  There is also a military grade code decryption package installed, but it is hidden away from normal view. The airspeeder also stores 2 M4 Messenger droids in compartments.

Two rear defense blasters make up its total weapon's compliment, and are only as a minor deterrent as Skye would rather run then stay and fight in it.

For longer trips to other planets or such, she has access to one of the Gazette's unarmed Lambda shuttles.

Base Of Operations:
Her base of operations is Commerce City. When she is off-world, it is normally on Gazette business, so she would probably use the shuttle as a base.

Form Of Dress:
Around home, she normally goes around naked whenever all possible.

Around the office, she wears casual Thranan clothing.

When she is out on a job to get a story, she will wear whatever is necessary. She has access to a wide range of clothing from many different planets, courtesy of the Gazette's clothing archives.

Skye carries a Crozo Industrial Products 3-Mal Personal Comlink that has been modified to let her listen in on the local law enforcement & Dakkan Guard channels. It will also pick up various other ones, such as CorSec and Imperial Military channels. From the outside, it isn't obvious about the enhancements.

Wherever she goes, Skye will most likely have a concealed holo-recorder on her person. This is in addition to the standard MicroData Pocket Secretary that she always carries - a combined data pad & audio recording unit with administrative software built in. It can store 12 hours of recorded audio.

When she is doing an interview, Skye normally wears a concealed Saldalith Manufacturing Veridicator 2000 in bracelet form, which is a cunning sensor that scans a target within 10 meters and cross-references various information - heart rate, pupil dilation and temperature - in its database to determine the likely emotional state. This is transmitted through a series of silent pulses to Skye.

Weapons of Choice:
Skye normally carry a concealed vibro-knife, and has commented that she feels naked without it. Other then that, she doesn't carry around anything normally. However, she does know how to use blaster pistols and when she has to go to dangerous places where she can get away with it, she will bring a concealable holdout blaster, such as a Merr-Sonn Model Q2 Hold-out blaster. Skye also knows how to use grenades, but normally doesn't have access to them.

Superhuman Powers or Augmentations to Body:
Skye has bust enhancement up 2 sizes from when she was modeling more.

Skye has a Traxes Bio-Electronics Implant Communicator installed. This is a series of tiny transceivers that are placed and the skin of the skull and next to the vocal cords. It allows her to send & receive clandestine messages.

Although she has no formal training and doesn't even realize what it is, Skye seems to be able to pickup faster then others on whether someone is being truthful. It is like she can pickup on surface emotions or ideas. She guesses that it is just picking up on body language, but isn't sure.

Abilities:
As a model, Skye became quite cosmopolitan. Learning dances, both classic, normal and exotic, helped out with her modeling career. She learnt how to appraise value, entertain others through modeling & dance plus knowledge of cultures & other worlds.

As a reporter, she learnt more about the seedier side of the galaxy. She learnt how to gather information through various means, balance herself in various situations (such as leaning on the edge of ledges to look into windows), bluffing others, disabling security, disguise, forgery and gambling. Sleight of hand was also a trick she picked up, along with how to search quickly for something of value, hide, listen and move silent.

She has lots of different connections & contacts - some in the underworld, some in holo-vid photography, some in law enforcement, some in other reporting agencies.

Skye has an incredible ability to stay reasonably sober, even when consuming large amounts of alcohol, like it doesn't really effect her. This has led her to quite often drink others under the table to her advantage.

Skye has a piloting level of skilled with various class of speeder (ground, air) and average piloting skills with star-fighters & space transports. She can also astrogate if she has to, but prefers to let a computer do it instead. However, most of the time, she would leave that to a proper pilot.

Skye has a strong passion against slavery of any form, and will do anything she can to help stop it. She dislikes the Empire's xeno-phobic attitudes and believes all beings have basic rights. Her articles tend to have strong anti-Imperial bias.
