Physical Description: Tall, light and absolutely handsome. He’s the epitome of the male Thranan, considered beautiful, gorgeous by the female Thranans of the world. He has a strong, build, muscular from top to bottom. When you look at him, you know Dane is from good stock. His light blue eyes are engaging and inspire the most hard-hearted woman to be mesmerized by his very glance. He has a poise and a confidence few men possess. When you’re in his presence, he is the epitome of all that is royalty.
Professional History: He has only known the royal life. His blood is royal, that is his professional history.
Background: Born thirty years ago at the Royal
palace. His mother was a strong woman and proud to bear her homeworld a new
king. His childhood was privileged. Most of his background is hidden away in
chronicles of the Royal family. The royal family’s current lives are hidden
from the Thranan people. At his death, Dane’s chronicles will be released for
all his people to read. Not even his childhood shall be known until that time.
The monarch lives in a world of his own making. He chooses what shall be known
and what shall not be known about him, on his deathbed. This is said to inspire
great loyalty in the people. It’s a tradition that has lasted for 6,000 years.
To speak against the monarch is to commit treason, punishable by death at the
hands of the Dakkan guard.
Personality: Dane is a good man deep, deep down in his soul. But he is arrogant, confident and calculatingly dangerous to those who oppose him. He realizes that he is not in jeopardy of dying. The Dakkan guard protects him with a severe vengeance. Smugglers, assassins, imperial agents and even Hutts have tried to kill Dane and he has wiped his enemies from existence. This is important to remember. He has a wish that his people admire and love him, and so he has protected them and made them wealthy beyond their dreams. He has turned Tel’Thranan into a paradise, which is why the Emperor wishes to bring the planet under his rule. Dane enjoys danger and so he will purposely put himself in positions that endanger his very life. He is far beyond reckless. He deals with Hutts like commoners would throw a credit in a fountain. He has gone toe to toe with Prince Xizor and won several times.
Though on the flipside, Dane is a very admirable man. He does
have his evil tendenancies but he is capable of showing great mercy. Whether it’s
feeding and clothing the orphans of Tel’Thranan or giving his guards great
wealth, protecting the women of the planet or legislating laws that create peace
and safety in the metropolises of his world. He is a dichotomy in the true sense
of the word. An enigma of grand proportions. He is peaceful at times, enraged
and violent at other times. Generous and greedy or kind and cruel. He is not a
mad king, but he does keep people guessing. He is unpredictable and cultivates
this reputation with great efficiency and pleasure.
He loves the almighty credit and would be a wealthy man regardless of his royal status. He is an extremely dangerous man if you’re on his list of enemies.
Vehicle of Choice: He travels in a wide variety of intergalactic vehicles. He owns many freighters, cruise liners, yachts and even starfighters. It’s not published as to what exactly he travels in when he does travel. The King is very secretive. However he has designed his own ships.
Form of Dress: He wears the finest costumes
credits can buy. He has a designer on his payroll and enjoys looking his best.
You’ll
mostly find him wearing different shades of white however, or white and
blue and only the costumes are of the finest materials. Occasionally he’ll
wear black. He always wears a cape however.
Superhuman Powers or Augmentations to Body: It’s said that Dane may be force sensitive, but is without training. He has a personal shield protecting him that he can use at anytime. The shield is powered by his own body’s electric magnetic field and he can use the shield at will.
