Physical Description: Em is very well toned and defined, her skin a smooth olive color. She has long wavy dark brown hair, and her emerald eyes are very intense. She has a certain edge to her that is visible even in her physical stance. Tattoos of various markings grace her upper back across her shoulder blades, and a scar lays hidden underneath her clothing near her right rib cage. Though she may grace a warm smile now and again, her facial features are very distinct and serious most of the time, giving off a rather intimidating glow to most strangers that cross her path.

Professional History and Back ground: Emlyn grew up on Latoma with her older brother and single mother, living a normal childhood up until the age of seventeen,. It was around this time she ran into a man named Devlin, who was six years older than she. Seeing a natural talent in the young girl, and her having a slight crush on him, the man brought her to his group of assassins in hopes of training her.

Emlyn began training as an assassin at the age of eighteen, and once trained became a professional. She became so good at what she did that at the age of 23 she was hired by the Empire to eliminate a Senator that was leaning towards this knew rebellions needs. It was during this operation (paired with her long time partner and friend, Devlin Denett) that several truths were unraveled about the Empire. Trying to keep a non-biased opinion, and with the pressure of Devlin, Emlyn continued with success through the operation. Two years later she was contacted by a group of mercenaries loyal to the rebel cause who hired her to do the same exact thing for them that she had done for the Empire, though the money was nothing like the Empire paid. She denied doing it for such a low cost, and continued on her way. But a week or so later an attempt on her life was made, and through investigation she became aware it was the Empire that had tried to eliminate her. With this information, and a heavy grudge now set, she contacted the mercenaries back and agreed to go thru with the plan. She however, was unaware of the loyalties Devlin had gained with the Empire.

It was during this operation that many things happened, changing the course of Emlyn's life forever. Devlin and her had become lovers and with this trust she had given him, he betrayed her. During her assassination attempt, there was a team lead by Devlin to foil her success of killing the Imperial Senator. She managed to escape, heavily wounded and with a bounty on her head. Furied by this betrayal, she contacted her brother (whom she was very close to, and who was in the smuggling business) to help her get her revenge. It was upon her arriving back on Latoma to stay with her brother and plan, that she realized she was pregnant.

Angry at this revelation, she set back the plans of Devlin's demise, and stayed under her brother and his gangs care until the child was born. It was a girl, whom she later named Kayla. But it was never her intention to become a mother, and thus she left shortly after to attempt Devlin's murder. However, the mission did not go through as planned. Devlin had been expecting such a thing from his former lover, and knew her better than she realized. Escaping once again, this time with a wound across her right rib cage, she rendevouxed with her brothers smuggling syndicate in deep space. On their ship she recovered, keeping little contact with her daughter, fuming about her failure to end Devlin Denett's life.

The time came, however, that motherhood quickly came to Emlyn. She could never leave her roots behind her, though slowly she began to keep in more contact with her young toddler. She had cut and colored her hair by now and had false ID as she went back to work as a freelance assassin. The bounty on her head was average, but it wouldn't keep her from doing what she was best at, and from making money for her and her daughters future.

Years passed, and Kayla was now 5 years old. Emlyn had a decent relationship with her daughter, not yet realizing how the young girl idolized her mother. It was during this time the past caught up with Emlyn, and while she away on a mission, Kayla was kidnapped. It was this incident that sparked the hidden love and maternal instinct for her daughter.

Kaden (her brother) and her formed a team from his syndicate, along with a few freelancers Emlyn had come to trust. The operation was dubbed "Operation Mom's Night Out", and the planning soon went under way. It only took one week for them to find the where abouts of Devlin and his team. And what sooned followed was a flury of chaos, destruction.and a lot of fire. It was during this encounter with Devlin she told him who Kayla had come from, and with this realization she ended his life with a blaster to the chest.

With daughter on hip, the two greasy females fled the burning complex behind them as a few more explosions rang in their ears, and were quickly picked up by her brother and shipped off planet. After this devistating and rather traumatic experience, Emlyn retired from her chosen profession. She realized she could not provide a safe, stable life for her daughter if she chose to live this way. Going her separate ways from Kaden, though always keeping in safe contact, she and Kayla left together to start a new life. This is where Tel'Thranan came into play...the one place in the galaxy not effected by the war.

Personality: Emlyn is a very straight forward person, though at the same time trusts no one until the trust is gained. She has a fierce tongue and a quick temper, but is very wise and able to control most of these flaws. She has actually become a very good mother, though her past roots will always be intertwined deep within her soul. She still trains every day to keep in shape and to be ready if for any reason threats come her or her daughters way. She is very good with finances, and has enough money for her and Kayla to live on for many years, though refuses to be jobless. She has a laid back personality with friends and family, and is very loyal to those close to her. She has become very protective of her daughter and would give her life for her family if the time ever came. Emlyn is very street smart, and contains a natural intelligence for life and the way things work. She does have a warm spot deep within her heart, but it is rarely shown but to those that she trusts the most.

She enjoys being stylish, though at the same time could care less about what others think of the way she looks or dresses.
